People join us for different reasons; many of our staff have a vocation for caring or want to use their experience to shape the future of care services.

Our philosophy of care values encourages staff to get the best out of themselves. We employ people in a variety of roles including managers, junior & senior carers, catering staff, activity coordinators and housekeeping staff.

We provide training and mentoring to ensure our staff are equipped with the best tools as our staff are central to the quality of care we offer to our residents and their families. Our dedication to providing the best care depends on attracting and retaining the very best individuals to our team. The staff are the back bone of any care home and we search long and hard to find the most caring individuals to add to our staff. We are lucky to boast a long standing permanant workforce who always believe in putting our residents first. We feel that we’ve created a family in both our carers and residents and only believe in employing outstanding individuals who are able to meet our acceptionally high standards.
